Legendary Manchester United player Gary Neville has supported Xabi Alonso’s plan to bolster Chelsea’s roster by four players.
Alonso will formally take over as the Blues’ new manager on July 1st.
But the former Real Madrid manager has already devised a strategy to strengthen the team.
Neville thinks Alonso would choose a new center defender, center forward, and goalkeeper.
“So the first thing I think Xabi Alonso will do is a new goalkeeper, a center back, and a center forward with experience,” he stated on Sky Sports.
“With Caicedo, Fernandez, and Lavia, they have some central midfield experience, so they can keep those together and have something there.”
