Leon Balogun is available for Rangers’ match against Athletico Bilbao in the UEFA Europa League, according to interim head coach Barry Ferguson.
Due to a slight injury, Balogun was unable to play in Rangers’ 2-2 away draw against Aberdeen last weekend. The 36-year-old is eligible to play against the La Liga team after returning to full training on Wednesday.
Ferguson addressed a press conference, “It’s good news.” Leon Balogun received training. At a press conference, the gaffer stated, “Ridvan, Cerny, and Rice all trained.” “There should be no problems when they get up tomorrow, and as I spoke earlier, hopefully we’ll be strong. We also have Diomande and John Souttar back.
Balogun played ninety minutes in last week’s opening leg. At the Ibrox, Bilbao held Rangers to a 0-0 draw.
