The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Port and Terminal Multipurpose Ltd (PTML) Command has reported that the Lagos Port has achieved a noteworthy income milestone, bringing in N350 billion in just nine months. The service’s efforts to improve revenue collection and fight smuggling are highlighted by the revenue featBeing one of the busiest ports in the nation, the Port has continuously contributed significantly to the NCS’s yearly income. The deployment of B’Odogwu and cooperation with other agencies are just two of the methods the Command has put in place to improve revenue collection. Before the end of the final quarter of 2025, this revenue milestone is anticipated to surpass N350 billion. PTML’s Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Joe Anani, disclosed this information over the weekend when outlining the command’s revenue trends over the previous nine months.
