In November 2025, the Nigerian Sovereign Insurance Authority (NSIA) will relinquish control of the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative (PFI) to the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI).
Armstrong Takang, MOFI’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, made the revelation over the weekend in Abuja during the annual Presidential Fertilizer Initiative (PFI) stakeholder event, which was held to discuss the PFI program’s progress and accomplishments
The event also marked the formal transition of the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative (PFI) programme to the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) which will take effect in November.
