Ivorian referee Kouassi Frederic Francois Biro has been nominated by the Confederation of African Football, or CAF, to supervise the second leg of the Champions League second preliminary round between Rivers United FC and Black Bulls of Mozambique. The game will take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday, October 25. The game will start at 4 p.m. Nigerian time. Prosper Adiouman and Eba Médard Wenceslas Ettien, two more Ivorian officials, will support Biro as assistant referees, and Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei will act as the fourth official.The match commissioner will be Munkaila Nassam Adam of Ghana. On Saturday, Rivers United will play the Black Bulls at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo. Last Thursday, the Pride of Rivers lost the first leg match in Mozambique 1-0.
