Nigerian singer, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, popularly known as Skales, has stated that his life has been rejuvenated as his hit song ‘Shake Body’ trends again 10 years after its release following Barcelona’s teenage sensation Lamine Yamal’s viral dance.
He appealed to fans to allow him enjoy the moment without comparisons.
He appreciated God for the unexpected favour and urged his colleagues and fans to cooperate with him for greater growth.
On his X handle, he wrote, “I feel like my life just restarted again … I’m nothing but a learner pls allow me to enjoy this moment without disrespecting anyone that has achieved way more than me … God is the greatest … let’s grow together yall.”
Remember that after Barcelona’s thrilling 3-2 win against Real Madrid to secure the Copa del Rey title at Estadio La Cartuja de Sevilla, Skales met with Yamal over the weekend.
He also encountered the mother of the rising star.
The 2015 hit ‘Shake Body’ by Skales has gained renewed popularity after a viral moment featuring Spanish stars Yamal, Nico Williams, and Samu Omorodion dancing to the song.
