The newly established opposition coalition led by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has been thrown out by Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda, who claims the organization is composed of well-known politicians who have no new ideas or solutions for the nation.
He claims that politicians who are upset merely because they are no longer in power make up the majority of the group.
In an interview with Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily, Radda claimed the alliance was untrustworthy and had nothing fresh to offer Nigerians.
“Let’s be practical. Let’s be honest with ourselves. “The days of misleading Nigerians are over,” he declared.
Since the majority of the coalition leaders were members of the previous administration and were unable to implement significant change, Radda questioned their moral character.
“Who did not hold a position in the previous administration? Who is not in the government? We are aware of everyone’s history. Now that they are outside the government, they are sobbing and yelling.
Radda pushed them to give a detailed explanation of their new approach to national governance.
“Allow them to visit and inform Nigerians if the subsidy will be reinstated. And what resources will they use to fund and operate the government? He inquired.
Recall that the ADC-led coalition recently named Bolaji Abdullahi as its spokesperson, former Interior Minister Rauf Aregbesola as its secretary, and former Senate President David Mark as its acting chairman.
