The technical crew of Sokoto United, a team in the Nigeria National League (NNL), has been bolstered by the addition of four new members.
The newly appointed members include Bashar Attahiru Black as the team coordinator, Abdullahi A. Shehu as the technical director, and Haliru Sambo and Kabiru Abdullahi serving as the assistant coach and goalkeeper trainer, respectively.
A letter from the state Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Hajia Hadiza Galadima, confirmed the appointment of the personnel.
Their immediate resumption of duty is anticipated.
Sokoto United are striving to secure a spot in the NNL Super Six playoff.
In their final match of the season, they will face Jigawa Golden Stars.
With 16 points accrued from 11 games, Sokoto United holds the fourth spot in the Group C standings.
