Usman Abdallah, technical adviser for the Kano Pillars, has shown confidence in his team’s ability to earn a continental ticket.
With a 2-0 victory over Lobi Stars, the Sai Masu Gida boosted their hopes of qualifying for the continental tournament.
During the game, Kano Pillars were targeted by Ahmed Musa and Naziru Auwalu.
Abdallah was pleased with how the game turned out.
“We really needed this victory. After the game, Abdallah said, “It raises the spirits in the locker room and sets the tone for the last stretch.”
“We are determined to qualify for the continental tournament. Much more needs to be fought for.
With 47 points, Kano Pillars are in seventh place in the league standings.
