Mr. President, congratulations. However, if the economy does stabilize as you said, Mr. President, Nigerians would have to notice it in their day-to-day lives. Now is the time to stop borrowing. Critical underfunded projects now need to be funded, and the outstanding debts from large contractors should be paid.
