Evans Ogenyi, the technical adviser for Wikki Tourists, has praised his team for defeating Bayelsa United in the President Federation Cup Round 32 match.
At the Lafia City Stadium on Monday, the Bauchi Elephants defeated Bayelsa United 3-1 to advance to the Round of 16.
Ogenyi praised the players for following the game’s directions.
Ogenyi addressed the club’s media, “I thank God for this victory and commend my players for playing according to instructions.”
“I told them to play the game of their lives before the game, and they did just that. God crowned our efforts with victory.”
After being demoted from the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), the Bauchi team wants to have a significant influence on the league.
