Transfer: Leicester City plans to get Okonkwo

Leicester City is interested in Super Eagles goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo.
After several outstanding games for Wrexham previous season, Okonkwo is now considered one of the top goalkeepers in the Sky Bet Championship.
With less than a year left on his contract, the 24-year-old’s future at Wrexham is still uncertain.Anthony Patterson, the goalkeeper for Sunderland, has been linked to the Red Dragons, potentially making Okonkwo the team’s second choice.

Leicester City is desperate to sign the former Arsenal goalkeeper, according to an AllAboutLeagueOne.

The Foxes may be less appealing to the Nigerian because they were demoted to League One the previous season.

Okonkwo has been connected to Watford, Derby County, and Bristol City.
