According to the D’Tigress head coach Rena Wakama has revealed a roster of 21 players for the team’s forthcoming training camp and WNBA tour in the US.
On Saturday, the training camp will start.
Prominent individuals including Victoria Macaulay, Promise Amukamara, and Ezinne Kalu were part of the team.
Three WNBA teams will face the African champions on the tour.
On April 25, D’Tigress will play the Los Angeles Sparks; on April 27, they will play the Minnesota Lynx; on May 2, they will play the Indiana Fever.
The tour will help D’Tigress get ready for the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup in 2026.
The competition will take place from September 4 to September 13 in Berlin, Germany.
