We’re Committed to Completing the P/Harcourt Ring Road Project—Fubara

Despite obstacles, Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara says his administration is dedicated to finishing the 62.65-kilometer Port Harcourt Ring Road project. During a weekend on-site inspection tour, he gave a speech at a portion of the project. Even though Julius Berger has started mobilizing personnel to the Port Harcourt Ring Road project site, Fubara emphasized that the state government is committed to completing the project, which has been delayed due to budgetary difficulties.According to Fubara, the project is one of the biggest infrastructure initiatives in the history of the state and will boost the economy and reduce traffic. The Governor, who met the project’s contractors, Julius Berger Nigeria PLC stated that construction had resumed on the project. He further stated, Julius Berger has always been a stakeholder in the infrastructural development of Rivers state, adding, “We trust they will continue to be.” “We have remobilized to the site and more is ongoing,” stated Mike Andrae, the project’s site engineer.
