2027: According to YPP Chair, the majority of coalition leaders have let Nigerians down.

Young Progressives Party (YPP) National Chairman Bishop Amakiri has criticized the opposition alliance, emphasizing that most of its leaders had let Nigerians down in the past.

He claimed this because coalition leaders lack the moral power to propose significant political change. When Amakiri was a guest on Channels Television’s The Morning Brief on Monday, he voiced this complaint.

He claims that the coalition is made up of repurposed political elites whose prior actions have exacerbated Nigeria’s leadership problem.

“My issue is whether 85% of the members of that coalition have the moral authority to inform us about a coalition that can free the Nigerian people from the political leadership morass we are now in. Nigeria urgently needs a replacement for its political leadership.

Eighty-five percent of them are members of the PPM coalition group, which is a collection of people that have failed the country altogether.

I’m not sure how a hypothetical group like that can truly advance the cause they’re discussing. Nigerians will now have to make the decision,” he stated.
