All Ministries, Departments, and Agencies have been asked by the federal government to transfer 70% of their capital budget from 2025 to 2026.According to a circular issued by Sen. Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, Minister of Economic Planning and Budget, all rollover and uploads must be in accordance with the nation’s urgent demands as well as the government’s development priorities that are in keeping with the new administration’s strategic orientation. “National security, the economy, education, health, agriculture, infrastructure, power and energy, as well as social safety nets and the empowerment of women and youth, are all crucial.”
