UBA Plc, Africa’s Global bank, has reiterated its leadership role in promoting economic growth and empowerment after winning four significant awards at the 2025 Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) Service Ambassador Awards.
The Bank stood out as the leading performer, achieving first place in these categories: DBM that most affects MSMEs in Nigeria; DBM that Most Affects Women MSMEs; PFI with the Greatest Impact in the North-Central Zone; and the esteemed Platinum Service Ambassador Award, the most distinguished accolade of the evening
Mr. Muyiwa Akinyemi, the bank’s Deputy Managing Director, received the Platinum Service Ambassador Award on behalf of the bank and expressed his delight while reiterating the bank’s commitment to fostering financial support for businesses.
