Ademola Lookman, a winger for Atalanta, has traveled to Spain in advance of his planned transfer to Atletico Madrid. A deal for the 28-year-old has already been agreed upon by the two teams. Lookman has since been granted authorization to travel to Madrid in order to finalize the transfer. The La Liga team confirmed his arrival. “(The clubs) have agreed to the transfer of 28-year-old Nigerian international Ademola Lookman, who is already in Madrid,” a statement said. “A medical examination and the signing of his contract are pending.” Atletico is anticipated to spend almost 40 million euros on Lookman.This season, he has scored three goals for Atalanta in 19 games across all competitions.
