In the dying moments of the match, as Real Madrid lost 3-2 to FC Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final, Antonio Rudiger and Lucas Vazquez received straight red cards for their overreactions to a foul called against Kylian Mbappe.

However, if his behavior is evaluated as more serious and falls under article 104, which addresses “assault against referees,” the penalties could be harsher, possibly leading to a suspension of three to six months, assuming the act is deemed a single offense with no harmful effects.
If authorities determine that Rudiger’s actions posed a “serious risk” to the referee—even without any need for medical assistance—the repercussions could intensify significantly, resulting in a suspension of six months to a year
