Rinsola Babajide and Shukurat Oladipo of the Super Falcons have made Italian football history by helping AS Roma Women win the Serie A Femminile title in a commanding manner in 2025–2026.
Babajide and Oladipo were instrumental in Roma’s 2-0 victory over Ternana Women at the Stadio Tre Fontane on Saturday, securing the Scudetto in their first complete season with the team. Manuela Giugliano, a midfielder, scored both goals.
With two games remaining, Roma’s victory was assured. Roma’s superior head-to-head record prevented Inter Milan Women, who were in second place, from catching them after the victory, which put them six points ahead of them at 49.
