Daniel Bwala, President Bola Tinubu’s Special Advisor on Policy Communication, has criticized Peter Obi, a former presidential candidate, for his time spent in various political parties.
Bwala recalled that Obi claimed his family would perish if he left the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
While revealing this, the presidential aide pointed out that the majority of Nigerian politicians have switched parties at least three times.
“99.9 percent of the political actors in Nigeria today have changed parties at least three times,” Bwala stated in a podcast with Nedu WAZOBIA. My dad used to say that you should beat them before you question them.
When Peter Obi was in the APGA, he declared that he would never leave the organization because his family would perish. After leaving the PDP for Labour, Peter returned to the PDP.
He referred to the PDP as a criminal organization after switching to Labour. The interests of the people are unrelated to those of Peter Obi.
Peter Obi has never donated more than N50 million, and even for that sum, I can explain the circumstances.
“He traveled to the Northwest and Northcentral during the post-election period, where there was a lack of water. You know, the type of borehole that Peter Obi funded, the cafe man days borehole, where someone would climb and bounce to pump water.”
