Ryan Alebiosu will be eligible for Blackburn Rovers’ match against Coventry City, the leaders of the Sky Bet Championship, according to head coach Michael O’Neill, according to the DAILY POST.
On Friday night, the Blue and Whites will host Frank Lampard’s team at Ewood Park.
Alebiosu was removed at halftime of Rovers’ Tuesday loss to Southampton.
In a struggle with Ryan Manning, the Nigerian defender stumbled.
Before the match against Coventry City, O’Neill gave a favorable update on the right-back’s injury.
O’Neill told RoversTV, “Ryan came through training today after coming off in the game on Tuesday night, so that was a bonus.”
This season, the 24-year-old has made 38 league appearances for Rovers, contributing four assists and one goal.
