The Nigerian Capital Market will formally switch to a T+2 Settlement Cycle on Friday, November 28, 2025, barring last-minute adjustments. The market currently uses a T+3 Settlement Cycle, in which trade settlements are finished three business days following the date of the transaction. 00:09/03:11 10 seconds The switch to T+2 will bring the Nigerian market into compliance with international best practices by requiring settlements to be finished two business days following the trade date.
