Leading Chinese manufacturer Endurance Group and the Midstream and Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund (MDGIF) have reached an agreement to provide 500 CNG refueling stations throughout Nigeria for the next three years. MDGIF Executive Director Mr. Oluwole Adama briefed the media following the meeting in Abuja, stating that the main topic of discussion was the development of a government-backed Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) supported by MDGIF, BOI, Endurance Group, and Sơor Investment Partners. The partnership demonstrates the parties’ dedication to closing infrastructural gaps throughout Nigeria’s CNG value chain in order to expedite the country’s shift to greener fuels.
