When Atlético Madrid travels to London for the crucial second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final on Tuesday, Ademola Lookman will try to snap his goal drought against Arsenal, according to PUNCH Sports Extra.
After the first leg in Madrid, the match is still evenly tied at 1-1. Both teams are vying for a spot in the final, which is set for May 30 in Budapest and will feature either Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain.
Despite failing to score or provide an assist in six prior encounters with Arsenal, Lookman, who put up a strong performance in the first leg, is still a key component of Atlético’s offensive strategy.
In a performance that was well praised, the Nigerian completed 95% of his passes in the opposing half, registered four shots, two of which were on target, and made defensive contributions.
