The Nigeria Auto Journalists Association (NAJA) has awarded SAGLEV the 2025 Nigeria EV Brand of the Year Award. This further solidifies its leadership in Nigeria’s rapidly developing electric mobility market. Wuling and BYD were also nominated for the hotly contested award, which was recently given out in Lagos. Leading automotive stakeholders and important government agencies attended the well-attended industry gathering when the award was revealed, demonstrating the increasing momentum behind Nigeria’s clean mobility revolution. Shehu Mohammed (mni), the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), and Otunba Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin, the Director-General of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), were among the dignitaries in attendance, emphasizing the increased focus on sustainable transportation in policy and regulations.
