Abdullahi Maikaba, the technical adviser for Wikki Tourists, has admitted that his players need to get better at shooting.
Following his team’s inability to convert multiple opportunities produced in Monday’s matchday five loss to Katsina United at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina, Maikaba highlighted the necessity.
The seasoned strategist stated that the matter will be resolved prior to their match against Rangers in week six.
We had ample opportunities to win the game, but we were unable to capitalize. In a post-match interview, Maikaba said, “It’s something we have to address immediately before our next game.”
As you may remember, the Bauchi Elephants have lost both of their previous games without scoring.
With seven points from five games, the Wikki Tourists are in ninth place in the NPFL standings.
