According to a DAILY POST report, Nigeria’s Flamingos have scheduled friendlies against Paraguay and New Zealand in advance of the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. On Friday, October 10, Bankole Olowokore’s team will play New Zealand in the first friendly. The date of the second friendly matchup with Paraguay is set for Tuesday, October 14. The Flamingos, meanwhile, will leave for Morocco on Wednesday to complete their preparations. In the morning, Royal Air Maroc will fly the players and their officials out of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. They are drawn alongside Samoa, Canada, and France in Group D.
