In the N152 million property fraud trial involving Oak Homes Limited and its CEO, Olukayode Olusanya, a Lagos Federal High Court presided over by Justice Musa Kakaki has requested that the prosecution make sure all of its witnesses show up at the upcoming hearing. Following discussions by counsel over the status of the prosecution’s application for a virtual hearing, the court issued the directive before postponing the case to April 20, 2026.Olusanya, the defendant, appeared in person at the court.Prosecution attorney CSP Monday Omo-Osagie informed the court during the resumed hearings that the case was scheduled for trial continuation and that the prosecution had followed with a previous decision by filing a Motion on Notice requesting permission to conduct proceedings electronically.
