The Federation of International Football Association, or FIFA, revealed the most recent women’s rating on Thursday, and Nigeria’s Super Falcons fell one spot. The Super Falcons fell to 37th place from 36th. The Super Falcons’ present standing in the monthly standings can be attributed to their inactivity during the most recent FIFA women’s international break. Despite their decline internationally, Justine Madugu’s squad remained the top African team in the ranking. The top five countries in Africa are South Africa, Ghana, Zambia, and Morocco. Spain is still the best team in the world, followed by the United States of America, Germany, England, and Sweden in the top five.
