Teen Killed in Motorcycle Accident Involving Francis Ngannou

Francis Ngannou, who was a heavyweight champion in the UFC, is said to have been part of a motorcycle crash in which a teenage girl died. This incident occurred in Yaoundé, Cameroon’s capital.
Ntsama Brigitte Manuella, a 17-year-old identified as the victim, is said to have died after a crash close to the busy Omnisport neighbourhood.

Certain reports from Cameroon indicate that Francis Ngannou was directly riding the motorcycle that hit the girl. Some say it was a crash involving motorcycles—Manuella was said to be on one herself—and that Ngannou tried to help after the incident.

Regardless, local sources verified that Ngannou was the one who brought the critically injured teenager to Yaoundé General Hospital and took on complete responsibility for her emergency medical treatment.

Tragically, Manuella did not survive her injuries despite immediate surgical interventions, including operations to repair severe trauma to her arm and leg. The public has been inundated with inquiries and grief in the wake of her passing.

As of the time this is being written, Ngannou has yet to make a public statement. However, local reports highlight his evident distress and collaboration with authorities.

Cameroonian law enforcement is conducting an investigation to establish the exact sequence of events and identify any potential liabilities.

This devastating turn of events adds to the series of personal tragedies experienced by Francis Ngannou, who just a few months back endured the loss of his young son Kobe, who died at just 15 months of age.
