According to reports, residents of Sokoto State’s Isa Local Government Area have been threatened with harsh punishment unless they drain a dam in their community by notorious bandit leader Bello Turji.
This was exposed in a post by security analyst, Bakatsine, on X on Monday.
The post claims that Turji warned the villagers that the dam was interfering with his group’s ability to maneuver about the area.
