Mrs. Gambo Lawan, a junior secondary school teacher who won the 2026 Federal Ministry of Education National Teachers Award for North-East Best Performing Teacher, has received recognition from the Yobe State Government.In appreciation of her exceptional achievement at the summit, the Yobe State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has granted the winner a tertiary scholarship, according to the Board’s chairman, Malam Umar Hassan Babayo.
