Valentine Ozigbo: The APGA says that they are not on the same level and that Soludo cannot finance Ukachukwu.

According to the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Anambra State is not home to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In response to allegations made by APC candidate Valentine Ozigbo that state governor Charles Soludo is supporting APC candidate Nicholas Ukachukwu in an effort to undermine the party, the party made this statement.

In a televised appearance, Ozigbo, who finished second to Ukachukwu in the APC governorship primary in April, claimed that Soludo was supporting Ukachukwu in an effort to undermine the APC.

But in a statement released on Sunday, APGA, through Chinedu Obigwe, its National Coordinator of the Media Warriors Forum, called Ozigbo’s remarks “desperate.”

According to Obigwe, Ozigbo should take responsibility for his own political disaster and acknowledge that he made poor political decisions and calculations.

According to the statement, “We couldn’t stop laughing after watching Valentine Ozigbo’s most recent Channels TV interview.” He wrongly claimed in the interview that Governor Soludo was supporting Ukachukwu in order to undermine the APC.

The truth is that there is nothing to weaken in Anambra APC because the party does not exist in our state.

“During the tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari, the leadership of Anambra APC led by Basil Ejidike that is their State Chairman confessed to the former Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo that they are not in a existence in Anambra State.

“It is an open confession that they made to the Vice President during President Buhari tenure.

“So a party that is not in existence in Anambra cannot disturb Governor Soludo’s sleep to warrant him sponsoring Ukachukwu that has nothing to offer to weaken the non-existent party.

“Ozigbo should be bold enough to say this and stop living a fake and pretentious lifestyle.

“Governor Soludo has nothing to do with the APC candidate and cannot be funding him. The both of them are not on the same level and can never be.”
