Wilfred Ndidi, a midfielder for the Super Eagles, has highlighted his colleagues’ will to get beyond Morocco’s first World Cup qualifying playoff obstacle. Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, and Nigeria will compete in the mini-tournament, which is scheduled for November 13–16. Ndidi is confident in the Super Eagles’ depth as they set out to earn a position in the Intercontinental Playoffs, which are set for March 2026. “The team’s strength is in our ability to move quickly and powerfully, be creative in a variety of ways, and have a strong backbone.Additionally, we have depth—players who can enter the game and alter its course. We’re dangerous when we’re intense and linked,” he remarked.
