The Champion Royal Assembly’s prophet Joshua Iginla made predictions on the highly anticipated 2027 elections.
Speaking about the state of the country during a live service on Sunday, June 6, 2027, the well-known prophet claimed that Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, had been meant to become the number one position.
However, according to the clergy, it is unclear whether the former governor of Anambra State will win the presidency in 2027 or 2031.
The prophet claimed that “the person sitting on the throne is a lion,” seemingly alluding to President Bola Tinubu, and that Nigerians require a lion-like personality to unseat the current leader.
Anything less than that “is a waste of political capital,” he said.
“I warned you that there would be a lot going on and that there would be drama in our political sector going forward. The person on the throne is a lion, and we need someone with a lion to rise forward, I remarked last Sunday.
“I’m a prophet; I am neither here nor there. But the person of Peter Obi, it is in his destiny to sit on the number one seat. I cannot tell whether it is now or 2031, but it is in his destiny,” he said.
Addressing the coalition of opposition leaders, the man of God, who spoke in parables, urged Peter Obi not to succumb to any pressure to deputise another candidate.
He said, “This is my advice concerning what I am seeing. The new coalition that we are doing, don’t go for a second-class citizen. If they give you number one, then you are prepared. If they give you a second-class citizen, don’t lose your political assets. Don’t fall into a trap.
“In the first place, there are mighty armies behind you. If you lose your army, you will not be a general.
Instead of selling Jacob your birthright, it would be wiser for you to wait patiently with your political capital and possessions until a time when you can breathe normally.
“Given what I am witnessing, I say this with great seriousness. No human person has brought you to where you are now. God will raise you up when He feels like it. Don’t, however, act like a second-class citizen.
“Anything less than this is a political capital waste.” I can see that all of the chairs are filled, and the individual seated there is still there for the time being.
