After renovations, Keystone Bank has reopened its updated branch in Ketu, Lagos, reintroducing physical banking services to one of the city’s busiest commercial areas.
The branch, situated at Plot 584 on Ikorodu Road, had its official reopening on Friday in a ceremony that business owners, market leaders, community members, and senior bank executives attended.
During his speech at the event, Keystone Bank’s Managing Director and CEO, Hassan Imam, characterized the reopening as a strategic initiative that supports the bank’s national expansion efforts and aims to enhance customer access to financial services.

“The Ketu axis hosts a lively community of families, traders, and entrepreneurs,” said Imam. “Equipped with enhanced facilities, this branch will provide more tailored and convenient banking experiences to fulfill their needs.”

Ayokunle Ibikunle, a local merchant, praised the development as a means to simplify transactions and enhance traders’ access to funding in the area.
There were over 200 new account openings at the event, and many existing customers reactivated their dormant accounts.
