The troubled critic of Ahmed Aliyu, the governor of Sokoto State, Hamdiyyah Sharif, has been reported missing.
In a post on his official Facebook page, the woman’s attorney, Abba Hikima, announced her missing on Wednesday.
According to Hikima, “Hamdiyya has been missing since 10:00 am yesterday (Tuesday).
“She hasn’t been seen since leaving the house to buy food items in Sokoto.”
According to Hikima, the development has been communicated to the Sokoto State Police Command.
