Pension Alliance Limited (PAL Pensions) has promised its stakeholders, retirees, and regulators improved investment returns and better customer service as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary. At the celebration event in Lagos, PAL Pensions’ Acting Managing Director, Sa’adu Jiji, thanked the company’s staff, shareholders, and clients for their contributions over the past two decades.
We started with others; some PFAs have merged, some have collapsed, but PAL remains PAL. Not only that, we are now the leading pension alliance company in the industry. While getting to the top is one thing, remaining there is our priority,” he said.
He emphasised that PAL’s focus going forward is to deliver even higher investment returns for retirees, accelerate benefit payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
“We are industry leaders in investment performance, ICT integration, and brand trust. But for us, this is just the beginning. The next 20 years will be even better,” he said.
Jiji reaffirmed PAL’s commitment to being a distinguished and customer-centric PFA, pointing out that clients should expect more seamless interactions with their accounts, faster benefit processing, and overall enhanced service experience.
