A fatal motorcycle crash on Tuesday night in the Jagilegbo area of Ifetedo, Osun State, resulted in one death and one injury. According to a report from Agnes Ogungbemi, the incident involved two adult men on an unregistered black TVS motorcycle around 9:45 p.m. Authorities believe the accident was caused by high speeds, which led to the rider’s immediate death at the scene. The second individual, who suffered head injuries and various abrasions, was transported to a general hospital, while the deceased was taken to a morgue in Ondo. Osun State Sector Commander of the FRSC, Leye Adegboyega, confirmed the event and cautioned motorists against speeding. He also emphasized the importance of proper vehicle registration and strict adherence to traffic laws to prevent future tragedies.
