As Enugu Rangers get closer to winning the Nigeria Premier Football League title in their final-day encounter against Ikorodu City, Afrinvest West Africa has started a fan engagement program that offers matchday rewards, according to PUNCH Sports Extra.

Rangers might win their seventh league title in the match, which is set for Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos.

Afrinvest West Africa, the club’s official jersey sponsor, declared that the first 100 Rangers fans to arrive at the stadium on matchday will receive 300 tickets, 200 jerseys, and various gift items as part of a campaign to rally support for the Enugu team.

Before attending, fans must register using the company’s internet page.

Ike Chioke, group managing director of Afrinvest West Africa, stated that the program was intended to increase attendance and honor devoted supporters in advance of a pivotal match.

“The first 100 Rangers FC supporters to arrive at the 10,000-seat multipurpose Mobolaji Johnson Arena (formerly Onikan Stadium), Lagos Island, on match day will receive 300 tickets, 200 jerseys, and special gift items,” Chioke stated.

Referencing the club’s historic contribution to Nigerian football through legends like Emmanuel Okala, Christian Chukwu, Adokiye Amiesimaka, Aloysius Atuegbu, Austin Jay-Jay Okocha, John Utaka, and Onyekachi Apam, Chioke also called on fans in Lagos and those who could travel to the city to support the team.

The program is a component of a three-year agreement that Rangers and Afrinvest West Africa signed in October 2023 with the goal of enhancing the club’s player welfare, medical support systems, and administrative framework.

A comeback in performance, including their first league title victory in eight years in the 2023–2024 season, has coincided with the alliance.

With 65 points at the top of the NPFL standings, Rangers have already qualified for the CAF Champions League a second time thanks to the Afrinvest cooperation.

Regardless of other outcomes, a victory in Lagos would solidify the Enugu club’s title.
