Athletics Arsenal’s chances against Real Madrid are uncertain, according to William Gallas.

Despite their overwhelming advantage, former Chelsea defender William Gallas is not optimistic about Arsenal’s chances of eliminating Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League.
Keep in mind that Arsenal defeated Real Madrid 3-0 in the first leg of their Champions League quarterfinal matchup before playing the second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu.

William Gallas told Slingo before of tonight’s game, which starts at 8 p.m., that “the words ‘big game’ fall short when describing Real Madrid vs. Arsenal; it will be a monumental clash.”

Keep in mind that Arsenal has advanced to the Champions League semifinals if they draw, win, or lose 2-0 to Real Madrid tonight.

Gallas is cautiously hopeful about Arsenal’s prospects of making it to the semi-finals, despite Real Madrid’s remote probability of making it to the next round of the competition. This is in spite of the team’s recent inconsistency.

“Arsenal must play at the same level as they did the previous week. The outcome was spectacular. However, I’m a little let down by Arsenal,” William Gallas remarked.

They drew 1-1 with Brentford following that world-class performance against Real Madrid.

You never know what Arsenal will do since they aren’t reliable enough. Since they lead 3-0, they must qualify; there is no question about it.

However, compared to most stadiums, the Bernabeu creates a distinct atmosphere. It is Real Madrid who can salvage a 3-0 defeat.
