Eric Chelle, the Super Eagles’ head coach, has announced his final team for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. Chelle’s original 50-man roster has been reduced to 28 players. William Troost-Ekong, the captain, who declared his retirement from international football last week, is the most noticeable absence. Victor Osimhen and Wilfred Ndidi, the vice captain, are selected, nonetheless.
