In an attempt to foster creative leadership in Nigeria’s public and business sectors, the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI) has called on women professionals to take advantage of their networks, develop resilience, and fortify mentorship programs. The highlight of the institute’s inaugural Women’s Roundtable, which took place in Lagos yesterday, was this.The roundtable, titled “Resilient Leadership: Stories of Resilience, Adaptability and Innovation,” was intended to ignite opportunities for women leading in complex and quickly shifting areas, according to CRMI Chairman of Council Kevin Ugwuoke, who spoke at the event. The purpose of this platform is to honor women who are resilient, innovative, and visionary leaders who are reshaping industries, influencing legislation, and altering organizations. This Roundtable’s theme serves as a reminder that when women lead, cultures flourish, companies grow, and nations benefit when women are empowered and equipped.
