Legendary Arsenal player Emmanuel Petit has listed a number of players the team should let go of during the upcoming transfer window.
He pinpointed the precise area in which the team’s performance needed to be improved this summer.
The Gunners have finished second in the last three Premier League seasons and haven’t taken home a major prize since 2020.
They are aiming to win the UEFA Champions League trophy in addition to the league title this season.

However, Petit stated that the North London club still requires more capable wingers.
The Frenchman told Andy’s Bet Club, “I do know that if Arsenal want to take the next step, which means playing good football all season, they need to bring in talented wingers,” in response to a question regarding the Gunners’ interest in Anthony Gordon of Newcastle United.

Bukayo Saka of Arsenal has struggled thus far this season due to injuries. I think Noni Madueke is a respectable player, but he isn’t among the best at this position.
