Despite Sunday’s 2-1 loss at Manchester City, the Opta SuperComputer has maintained that Arsenal will still win the Premier League title.
After losing 2-1 at home to Bournemouth last weekend, it was the league leaders’ second straight defeat.
As a result, the difference between Pep Guardiola’s team and the Gunners was reduced to three points.
Prior to kickoff, the odds were 85.2% for Arsenal to win, while 14.8% for City.
However, the SuperComputer places Arsenal’s chances of winning the championship at 73.0% following the match at the Etihad, rather than City taking the lead.
This indicates that City has a 27% chance of winning, but if they defeat Burnley on Wednesday, they might pass Mikel Arteta’s team.
