Premier League icons Roy Keane and Patrick Vieira made divergent title predictions on Sky Sports after Manchester City defeated Arsenal 2-1 on Sunday.
Vieira, a former midfielder for Arsenal, predicted that Pep Guardiola’s team would win the championship due to momentum.
Manchester City has the upper hand. Arsenal is really disappointed, therefore it will be interesting to watch how they bounce back. They will now be under more strain.
“I think City will succeed in winning the Premier League title,” Vieira remarked.
But Keane did not waver from his pre-season selection.
The Irishman answered, “I don’t care.” “To win the Premier League, I will continue to support Arsenal.”
