Ademola Lookman, a winger for Atalanta, got into a fight with Ivan Juric, his manager, on Wednesday night during their Champions League victory over Marseille. Serie A won the match 1-0 thanks to a single goal from Lazar Samardzic. Lookman was substituted in the 75th minute of the game prior to that. The 28-year-old was spotted arguing with Juric as he exited the field, appearing irritated by being replaced. Then, before teammate Marten de Roon on the bench and CEO Luca Percassi intervened, Juric angrily grabbed Lookman.The game was still goalless when Lookman was removed. Juric approached the Nigerian after the game, and they spoke once more. Gazzetta dello Sport reports that it’s unclear if that was done to resolve the conflict or to keep it going.
