Erling Haaland, a talented forward for Manchester City, revealed that he hopes to win trophies for the team in 2026 and have a great time at the World Cup.
In an interview with the club’s website, the Norwegian international expressed his disappointment with 2025’s lack of club success but expressed optimism for 2026.
“I want to win things with my club, and of course I’m excited in the summer. A World Cup is the biggest thing you can participate in and it will be incredible to do so with Norway.
“But we have to keep calm. There is a lot of work ahead of us and we know exactly what to improve. What I can say is that we believe what we are building and I will give everything to be ready.
“If we do things the right way, we can make it a year that will be remembered,” Haaland concluded.
