Tuesday’s daily weather outlook calls for thunderstorms with light to moderate rain in the morning in northern states like Taraba, Zamfara, Sokoto, Kebbi, Kaduna, and Bauchi, while other parts of the region will see sunny spells with cloud patches.
Thunderstorms and moderate rainfall are predicted for Adamawa, Taraba, Kaduna, Zamfara, Kebbi, Bauchi, Sokoto, and Gombe by the afternoon and evening.
Residents in the central region should anticipate morning sunny spells with cloud patches, followed by mild to moderate rainfall throughout the majority of the region as the day goes on.
Cloudy sky and light rain are expected to greet the day in southern states like as Ogun, Edo, Osun, Ondo, Imo, Abia, Enugu, Bayelsa, Lagos, Delta, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, and Rivers. In the afternoon and evening, moderate rainfall is expected to continue.
Additionally, NiMet cautioned the public to be on the lookout for localized interruptions brought on by thunderstorms and heavy rains, as well as potential flash flooding.
